1. Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Returns requested after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery. Items returned without original tags or packaging may be refused.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items such as final sale or clearance products are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. Accepted Return Cases

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product significantly differs from the description or images shown on our website.

In these cases, Spodstore will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact our support team before sending the item back so we can guide you through the process.

4. Size Exchanges

We understand that choosing the right size online can sometimes be difficult. If you selected the wrong size, you may request a size exchange, subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative solution such as a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you by email regarding the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
