• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and unforeseen events.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii
• Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• International destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, no matter how many items you buy. No hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, title and risk transfer to you.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

• Lost or Missing Packages: Contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
• Damaged Orders: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Delivery Delays: While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
